About Us
ASAS Training & Educational Organization (ATEO) is an Afghan non-profit organization dedicated to advancing education, livelihoods, and community development across Afghanistan. Registered with the Ministry of Economy under License No. 5488, ATEO was founded in 2022 with a clear mission: to empower individuals and communities through knowledge, skills, and opportunity.
From teacher-training programs and literacy initiatives to livelihoods support and humanitarian relief, ATEO works to build resilient communities capable of shaping their own future. Our approach combines practical education, innovative teaching methods, and strong coordination with national ministries and international partners.
ATEO has successfully implemented projects in multiple provinces — including Kabul, Logar, and Herat — and is continuously expanding its reach to underserved areas. With a dedicated team of professionals and a growing network of partners, we serve as a reliable, transparent, and results-driven implementation partner for organizations seeking lasting impact in Afghanistan.

ATEO's social services aimed at enhancing well-being of both individuals and households, raising their productivity and contributing to overall quality of life.
In our beloved country, Afghanistan, thousands of students study in schools and madrasas. However, many graduates still lack equal opportunities to learn the fluent and accurate recitation of the Holy Qur’an. The absence of qualified teachers and the limited innovation in Qur’an teaching have left many people deprived of the true blessings and understanding of the Holy Qur’an.
“Learn Quran – The Easy Way” has been launched to address this gap — introducing simple, practical, and structured methods that make Qur’an learning easier, more accessible, and of higher quality for everyone.
ATEO plans to expand the program to 23 provinces of Afghanistan under formal cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Hajj & Religious Affairs, ensuring that every Afghan—especially youth and women—can access the light and guidance of the Holy Qur’an in an easy and beautiful way.
Food Security
At ATEO, we believe that dignity begins with access to the most basic need — food. In times of crisis, ensuring families do not go hungry is more than a project; it is a responsibility we proudly carry.
Through our ongoing food distribution initiatives, we continue to reach vulnerable communities across Afghanistan, delivering not just essential supplies but also a sense of hope and stability.

Livelihood & Economic Empowerment
ATEO’s Livelihood & Economic Empowerment programs are designed to help Afghan families build sustainable sources of income and reduce dependency on aid. We believe that empowering people with skills, resources, and opportunities is the foundation for long-term stability and dignity.
Through our livelihood initiatives, we provide vocational training, business startup support, and income-generating packages such as livestock distribution, small enterprise grants, and agricultural assistance. These projects are implemented with close coordination of local authorities, ensuring transparency and real community impact.
ATEO has supported hundreds of families — including women, farmers, and youth — to start small businesses, improve household income, and become self-reliant. Our focus remains on practical, locally driven solutions that create jobs, strengthen rural economies, and contribute to Afghanistan’s sustainable development.

Education is the foundation of every society
In Afghanistan, access to quality education remains one of the biggest challenges — especially for children, girls, and teachers working with limited resources.
At ATEO (ASAS Training & Educational Organization), we believe that education is not only about classrooms and textbooks, but about opportunity, dignity, and hope. Over the past years, we’ve worked with schools and communities to:

2. Support public and private schools across multiple provinces
3. Provide literacy, language, and skills training programs for youth and women

Alquran Academy
Alquran Academy is a new initiative of the ATEO to learn Quran Online. We offer professional and experienced Quran teachers to people who want to learn Quran online. Alquran Academy is an Online Quran Education platform, which provides the facility to Learn Quran Online Islamic and Qur’anic teachings to Muslim students across the world. As a leading Online Quran learning Institute, we offer quality Quran teaching to all people of all ages. Our Quran teaching includes the courses in which students are taught how to learn Quran. Initially, we offer a course named Nazirah Qur’an with Tajweed.
